At Imagi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronics, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns on all eligible devices. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Imagi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.

  Package Your Device

  Carefully place the product in its original box with all manuals and cables, ensuring the device is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
